ForgeFix - Loft Legs (Pack 12)

Loft Legs raise the loft floor by 175mm for energy efficient loft storage and help to avoid compression of the insulation, thus maintaining the U Values.
Easy to install, ultra strong and lightweight.

They are screwed directly to the ceiling joists. Loft boards (tongue and groove loft panels or 18mm chipboard sheets) are then screwed on top of the Loft Legs to create a raised platform above the level of insulation.

Squashing or compressing insulation reduces its effectiveness by over 50%. Home owners have traditionally had to make a choice with their lofts, full insulation OR usable storage space, the Loft Leg allows for both.

They are manufactured in the UK from recycled materials.
