Processing Times

All orders are processed during our standard working hours. Orders placed before 17:00 on a weekday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods such as seasonal promotions or sales, processing times may be extended slightly, although we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of your order. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with the courier.

Missed Deliveries and Address Issues

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will usually leave a calling card or send an update with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. It is important that the delivery address provided is accurate, as we cannot take responsibility for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
